Sales Admin
Job Description:
As a Sales admin your key responsibility will be to provide customers with accurate and timely
product information. You will be active in following domains:
Liaise with the Pricing department to prepare quotations for customers.
Support the sales team with order processing and documentation.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in managing export documents and international shipping requirements.
Working Location:
147 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00).
Job Requirement:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good numerical ability, logical thinking, and presentation skills.
Experience in sales admin or a similar role, preferably in export/trading.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Knowledge of international shipping or export documentation is a plus.
